Workshop on Decommissioning of Nuclear Power Plants

(to be held by the Nuclear Regulation Authority of Japan and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission)

As part of the continued exchange of information between the NRA of Japan and the USNRC toward enhancing the effectiveness of nuclear safety regulation, NRA of Japan and USNRC will jointly hold a workshop to discuss regulatory activities concerning the decommissioning of nuclear power plants.

  • 2. Please fill in the subject line as “Registration for Workshop on Decommissioning of Nuclear Power Plants” when you send your information via e-mail. Registration will be closed when capacity is reached. We will notify you whether or not your registration is accepted.
  • 3. Please print out the notification and bring it and your ID with you when you come to the workshop.

Code of Conduct

  • 1. Participants shall neither bring banners nor wear clothes inappropriate for meeting such as that has message on it.
  • 2. Participants shall avoid talking during the meeting. Participants also shall avoid talking loudly around meeting place, since it is nuisance.
  • 3. Participants shall comply with requests from staff engaged in the meeting. If not, participants may be subject to ejection.
  • 4. Registration shall be accepted on assumption that participant agrees with these conditions.
